The Birthstones

The only thing I never liked about being born in August was the birthstone... Peridot is not really my color,  but I have to say it looks pretty gorgeous in this set of prints. The Birthstones is a series of hand printed silkscreens by designer, Elisa Werbler. Each of the birthstone is represented using just 5 layers of transparent color but the overlap creates 10 or more colors that highligh the geometry.
