Maybe I just have a weird sense of humor but this video never fails to make me laugh. I like to watch it after a long week at work. Happy weekend everyone!

Mary Temple: Light Installations
This is very intriguing. You're probably wondering why these photos are so special. What is so amazing is that there are no windows or trees around this space. It's all an illusion created by Mary Temple using wall paintings that make it appear as if light from window is casting shadows of the tree outside. wow.

Illustrated notebooks
These handmade notebooks by Selena Olivieri are just so beautiful. I love projects that inspire me to create something and this is just one of those.

Tian Fu Tea Room
For our weekend tea session, my girlfriends and I tried something different from our usual hotel high teas. The Imperial High Tea set at the Tian Fu Tea Room gives you Chinese tea and dim sum pairings. Perfect for me cause I loove both ;)

I totally Adore it
I just discovered another amazing online magazine. Designer Loni Parker from Australia has created Adore Home magazine to showcase some beautiful home decor ideas and products. I found some product I will definitely need to get like the bedding set from Hay on page 34.

Ginkaku-ji never looked so sweet
Whaat?! It's the Ginkaku-ji chocolate by Yasuhiro Suzuki. I'd never be able to peel or eat this.

I know this was a part of the chocolate exhibit at the "21_21 DESIGN SIGHT" of Tokyo Midtown and that chocolate is usually wrapped in silver wrappers... but wouldn't the Kinkaku-ji (Golden Pavillion) make more sense considering Ginkaku-ji was never actually silver?! Just a thought.

Sungei Buloh Nature Park
I've been feeling this numbing pain in my eyes from too much computer and iPhone time... so I headed out for some quality nature time at the Sungei Buloh Nature Reserve. One thing awesome about Singapore is that we can drive out 10 minutes from the city and find places to be surrounded by lush greenery.

I enjoyed the mangrove forest but was really disturbed to see the amount of trash and oil around the waters. The guide told me they pick up trash twice a day but the empty bottles and wrappers just keep coming...

Fine Palate
This is Fine Palate Cafe, my favorite restaurant in the neighborhood. The food is so amazing!! and I love everything I tried so far. It's one of those hidden gems you will not be able to locate unless you know the exact address. So here it is, 51 Waterloo!!!

I was just there yesterday for a Sunday brunch and ended up ordering the 2 course lunch. The "Twice-baked Goat Cheese Souffle" is my absolute favorite and I want it for breakfast everyday!!!

They use organic eggs! yum.
