Flixel

I just downloaded the Flixel app on my iPhone and I am so addicted to it!  So basically, the app allows you to instantly create beautiful cinemagraphs like the ones from Beck and Burg. The camera will capture a few seconds of your image instead of a snap and you can edit which part move and for how long.  Here is my first Flixel :)

The Chupa Chups Logo

Chupa Chups, Chupa Chups.  The name is so catchy, but their colorful wrapper has just as much impact and we can all recognize it.  But do you know who designed this famous logo?? It's Salvador Dali, the master of surrealism!!! If you don't believe me check out the history on Chupa Chups website.  I couldn't believe it either after finding out on Co.Design. So his work has been owned by millions since it was designed in 1969.  I think this tops the Campbell soup logo ;)  Bet you can't wait to tell someone.

This is the original design created by Dali after doodling for an hour at a cafe.

The wedding flower guide

I just found this beautiful flower guide on The Wedding Chicks.  Everything is categorized by color to help the brides-to-be out there! It's inspiring me so much :) I wish I'd seen this before my own wedding since I'm not really familiar with names of flowers. When I met with my wedding florist I just said, "I don't know which flower but I want big and white, all white!" Well now I can sound more like a lady, "Royal star magnolia, please."

Mae Mae

I'm so excited and sooo grateful to receive several inquiries on things I designed for my own wedding, especially the invitation!!  I am not designing invitation cards at the moment but I can help by introducing an amazing shop, Mae Mae Paperie!! They offer plenty of fun and unique wedding stationery you can customize.  I love the coasters!
